Siamese Crucks

Two marquees can also be put together to form a 'Siamese' Cruck marquee.

This creates a much larger covered area.

For full details of the size and covered area of the marquee see Technical Details

Construction Time

The Cruck Marquee takes 2 - 3 hours to construct after delivery and approximately the same length of time to take down.

Once the structure is up it can stay up throughout the year, we just recommend that the canvas is taken off during Winter (unless you decide to use it for a winter event!

What is a Cruck Marquee?

The Cruck Marquee OutlineThe 'Cruck Marquee' is a traditional timber framed marquee and each one is slightly different due to the natural shape of the arch (traditionally called a 'Cruck').

Handmade in Oak or Douglas Fir there is not a single piece of metal used anywhere in the construction.

The tapered oak pegs that hold the frame together can be removed and the frame dismantled for reassembly at a new location if desired.

The timber is sustainably sourced making it truly environmentally friendly, as well as beautiful.

The Cruck Marquee size is within planning permission guidelines, so there is no need to worry about obtaining permission to put it up.

The canvas is fire resistant.

We aim to deliver a Cruck Marquee 2 weeks after a deposit has been received.
